SAULIS BANIONIS, M.D.

Board Certified By The American Academy Of Anti-Aging Medicine

Dr. Banionis is a board-certified physician who has trained extensively in aesthetic medicine, hormone optimization, peptide therapy, and regenerative medicine to become an expert in Anti-Aging medicine. His objective is to assist clients in restoring and revitalizing their bodies, aiming to enhance their appearance and overall well-being.

He is an expert in state-of-the-art regenerative techniques, such as stem cell therapy and PRP, which help to restore function and repair damaged tissues. Dr. Banionis is an expert in minimally invasive techniques using live imaging, such as fluoroscopy and ultrasound-directed needle guidance, to precisely deliver biologic products such as PRP and stem cells to tissue damage areas, maximizing tissue repair and stimulating the body’s natural healing processes. This provides the highest quality patient care and helps patients maintain their active lifestyles while avoiding surgeries.

Dr. Banionis enjoys the artistic subtleties of helping aesthetic clients achieve a natural and refreshed appearance without looking overdone. He achieves this by using the latest aesthetic tools and techniques combined with the uniqueness of each client’s anatomy to provide a restored, youthful appearance.

Dr. Banionis is a member of the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine and is certified by the International Association for Physicians in Aesthetic Medicine. He is board-certified in Pain Management by the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehab and is also board-certified by the American Board of Disability Analysts and the American Board of Internal Medicine. He has been recognized for his expertise by the state of Florida and has worked as a Medical Expert for the Florida Board of Medicine. Dr. Banionis is honored to have served with distinction in the U.S. Army Reserve and was honorably discharged from the U.S. Army in 1996.

LISA BANIONIS

Certified Health Coach MScEd & Business Director

Lisa Banionis has been an active member of the Wellington community for many years and has extensive experience in marketing, education, and the Health and Wellness industry. Lisa is chairperson of the Medical and Wellness committee of the Wellington Chamber of Commerce and is an active member of the professional women’s group, Women of Wellington. 

She is a certified Health Coach and with her Masters’s degree in Education, she can follow her passion by providing health coaching to patients. She combined her business and marketing expertise with her passion for healthy living to co-found and work daily as the Business and Marketing Director for Palm Beach Anti-Aging and Regenerative Medicine.

Lisa believes strongly in giving back to the community through the many charities that the Women of Wellington support. One such charity is “Place of Hope,” an organization caring for abused and neglected children, where Lisa can help provide guidance and counsel girls on nutrition and health.

Violeta Borcan

Licensed Laser Technician and Esthetician

With a passion for skincare that spans over a decade, Violeta has been in the aesthetics industry since 2007. Specializing in a wide range of advanced treatments, Violeta offers custom facials designed to rejuvenate and nourish the skin, chemical peels for deep exfoliation, dermaplaning for smooth texture, and microneedling with RF for skin tightening and collagen stimulation. She also excels in IPL treatments for skin rejuvenation and laser hair removal to provide a comprehensive solution for her clients’ skincare needs.

Beyond her technical skills, Violeta is known for her warm demeanor and commitment to patient education. She takes the time to understand each client’s concerns and goals, ensuring that every treatment plan is tailored for optimal results and client satisfaction. When not transforming her clients’ skincare routines, Violeta enjoys staying updated with the latest advancements in aesthetics to continually enhance her practice. Her dedication to excellence and passion for skincare make her a trusted partner on the journey to healthier, more radiant skin.

Angelina Maio

Angelina Maio is a highly skilled medical and holistic esthetician with nearly a decade of experience specializing in advanced skin rejuvenation, laser technologies, and non-invasive body contouring. She is known for delivering results-driven treatments while maintaining a strong focus on skin health, patient education, and natural-looking outcomes.

Angelina’s clinical expertise includes advanced laser and energy-based treatments, RF microneedling, IPL photofacials, vascular laser treatments, PRF regenerative therapies, chemical peels, and fully customized facial protocols. She takes a comprehensive approach to each patient, developing personalized treatment plans designed to improve skin quality, restore confidence, and support long-term skin wellness.

With a background that blends medical aesthetics and holistic skin health, Angelina focuses on treating the skin as a whole – addressing underlying causes while enhancing overall appearance. She is passionate about educating patients on treatment options, home care, and preventative strategies to help them maintain their results.

Angelina is a Florida Licensed Esthetician, Certified Medical Electrologist (CME), and Laser Safety Officer (LSO) with advanced training in leading laser and energy-based technologies. Her strong foundation in hospitality and patient care allows her to provide a comfortable, supportive, and elevated treatment experience from consultation through results.

Savannah is the heartbeat of our front office and often the first smile you see when you walk into Palm Beach Anti-Aging. She plays a vital role in keeping the practice running seamlessly, managing everything from patient scheduling and treatment coordination to ensuring every client feels welcomed, informed, and cared for from start to finish.

Known for her organization, efficiency, and ability to handle just about anything, Savannah supports both patients and providers behind the scenes—helping create a smooth, elevated experience that reflects the level of care we pride ourselves on. Whether she’s coordinating treatment plans, assisting with patient communication, or keeping daily operations on track, she truly does it all.
